Meet Kenda: Your guide to more clarity, confidence, and alignment in your career and life - so you can lead with purpose and peace.
I founded Career Clear because I believe clarity is power. Through coaching, reflection, and actionable strategy, we help you see your path clearly, lead with authenticity, and thrive in every season of life and leadership.
Credentials & Background Experience:
I’m a Positive Psychology researcher and Performance Coach supporting high-performing professionals with career advancement and alignment.
I’ve always believed that clarity is the foundation for confidence and success. My journey began in education, where I saw firsthand how knowledge and self-belief could completely change a person’s trajectory. After earning my MBA in Public and Private Sector Leadership and B.A. in Management from Valdosta State University, I went on to complete an M.S. in Psychology from Life University—a path that shaped the heart of my work today: helping people grow through insight, structure, and strategy. Over the past eight years, I’ve led large-scale projects and customer success initiatives across top EdTech and SaaS organizations like Goalbook, Amira Learning, and Curriculum Associates. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications in Positive Psychology Coaching, Project Management (PMP), Data Science and Analytics (Georgia Tech), and Product Management (Kellogg School of Management), each one deepening my ability to bridge human motivation with measurable outcomes. I’ve also served in leadership roles within EdTech—guiding teams, shaping strategy, and elevating performance—and completed multiple women-in-leadership programs, including Harvard Cont Ed, to strengthen my influence, executive presence, and ability to lead with clarity and impact.”
Through this work, I discovered what truly drives me—the art of transformation.
At Career Clear, I bring that same blend of business strategy, psychology, and practical coaching to help high-performing women move from uncertainty to unstoppable. Whether leading teams, managing change, or guiding individuals through their next career leap, my mission remains the same: to create clarity that unlocks confidence, presence, and purpose.
How I got here:
I’ve always believed that growth begins the moment we choose to see possibility in ourselves.
As someone who comes from humble beginnings and a community that shaped me, I’ve always been fascinated by the inner barriers that hold people back from the lives they truly want. I was lucky to have parents who told me, “You can be anything you want to be,” and I believed them. Even as a child, I imagined a life more expansive than my reality—not just in material ways, but in spirit: to love more deeply, to speak to myself with kindness, and to live beyond the limits of fear or doubt. Surrounded by family, teachers, and mentors who stretched my perspective, I developed a lifelong drive to understand what helps people grow—and what keeps them stuck.
That curiosity became my calling. I wanted to study the science of human potential and uncover how mindset, motivation, and environment shape the way we show up in life.
At Life University in Marietta, Georgia, I immersed myself in Positive Psychology—the study of human flourishing, well-being, and the strengths that make life worth living. That work changed everything. It gave me language for what I’d always known intuitively: that transformation begins within. Today, through Career Clear, I help women on their own journeys of self-actualization find that same clarity—to quiet the noise, trust their voice, and design a life that feels aligned, confident, and whole.
What Others Are Saying
Peek Into My World…
Wife, Mom, Professional — As a wife of four years, mom to a spirited three-year-old boy, and pup mom of an eight-year-old pitty, I often find myself asking the same question many women do: Can I really have it all? The truth is, I can—and so can you. Some days feel seamless, others are a beautiful mess, but I’ve learned that life’s magic lives in the ebb and flow.
Yoga Enthusiast — Vinyasa Power Yoga is my jam. I’ve been practicing since 2016, starting with Kundalini for breathwork before falling in love with Hatha for its mindful balance of strength and stillness. Yoga keeps me grounded, present, and centered—both on and off the mat.
Self-Proclaimed Home Chef — Call it my Southern roots, but cooking for family and friends is my love language. My happy place is a cozy winter morning, prepping a hearty dish in the crockpot before work and coming home to the scent of comfort and care filling the air. It’s my favorite kind of grounded joy.
Host + Charcuterie Extraordinaire — I never need much of a reason to gather people together. Whether it’s a holiday soirée or an impromptu girls’ night, I love curating a beautiful spread—think themed menus, vibrant boards, and the perfect mix of good music and laughter.
Audible Girlie — I adore the feel of a real book in my hands, but I’m equally obsessed with my Audible library. My playlist swings from leadership and personal growth to full-blown fantasy escapes. (If you haven’t read Quicksilver by Callie Hart, add it to your list!)
I’m here to help you move from achievement to alignment—mastering clarity, communication, and confidence along the way.
Whether you’re seeking greater personal clarity, ready to show up more confidently in the room, eager to communicate your value with impact, or preparing for your next promotion or stretch opportunity.
Through Career Clear, I help you:
Optimize your life — build systems and habits that support your goals and well-being.
