  • Given the high-touch and customized nature of this work, all payments are non-refundable once the program begins. This policy ensures that clients who commit are fully invested in the process and that the time, preparation, and resources dedicated to your experience are honored.

    If you need to reschedule or pause due to an unexpected life circumstance, accommodations can often be made with reasonable notice.

  • Yes. You’ll receive email support between sessions for quick questions, clarifications, or small wins you want to share.
    Text support is not provided unless otherwise discussed, but you will always get timely responses during business hours.

  • Absolutely. Many clients choose to continue their work through:

    • Month-to-month coaching,

    • Single strategy sessions, or

    • Extended 3– or 6–month packages depending on your goals.

    You’ll receive options toward the end of your program so you can choose the support that aligns with your next season of growth.
