Professional Bio

Kenda is a Positive Psychology researcher and Performance Coach who supports high-performing professionals in achieving career advancement and deeper alignment.

She has always believed that clarity is the foundation for confidence and success. Her journey began in education, where she witnessed how knowledge and self-belief could transform a person’s trajectory. After earning her MBA in Public and Private Sector Leadership and her B.A. in Management from Valdosta State University, she went on to complete an M.S. in Psychology from Life University—a path that shaped the heart of her work today: helping people grow through insight, structure, and strategy.

Over the past eight years, Kenda has led large-scale projects and customer success initiatives across top EdTech and SaaS organizations including Goalbook, Amira Learning, and Curriculum Associates. Along the way, she has earned certifications in Positive Psychology Coaching, Project Management (PMP), Data Science and Analytics (Georgia Tech), and Product Management (Kellogg School of Management), each one strengthening her ability to bridge human motivation with measurable outcomes.

Through this work, Kenda discovered what truly drives her—the art of transformation. At Career Clear, she blends business strategy, psychology, and practical coaching to help high-performing women move from uncertainty to unstoppable. Whether leading teams, managing change, or guiding individuals through their next career leap, her mission remains the same: to create clarity that unlocks confidence, presence, and purpose.

  • "She showed me how to take a situation that feels overwhelming and break it down"

“Kenda has really helped me through some tough moments, both at work and in my personal life. She showed me how to take a situation(s) that feels overwhelming and break it down by laying out all the options, looking at the advantages vs. disadvantages and figuring out what actually matters right now. What’s beneficial right now that will help. Because of her, I’ve learned how to take things one day at a time and choose what’s going to help me feel better now, not just later.”

  • "She offers a perspective that both challenges your thinking and expands your vision."

Kenda and I’s relationship began in a professional setting, but it quickly grew into something much more meaningful. From the start, I was drawn to how poised, articulate, and genuinely attentive she was. She has an incredible ability to listen deeply and offer perspective that both challenges your thinking and expands your vision.
