I’m Kenda, a Positive Psychology Researcher and Performance Coach helping women reach a greater well-being and alignment through career clarity. 

As a former educator turned edtech professional, I hold a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Coaching from Life University and an MBA. Throughout my career and as a corporate leader,  I’ve helped professionals build transferable skill sets that empower them to thrive across industries. My transition from the classroom to corporate was fueled by a passion for applying research-backed theories in positive psychology and self-actualization to personal and professional growth.     If you need to reschedule or pause due to an unexpected life circumstance, accommodations can often be made with reasonable notice.

  • Yes. You’ll receive email support between sessions for quick questions, clarifications, or small wins you want to share.
    Text support is not provided unless otherwise discussed, but you will always get timely responses during business hours.
